Aromas of lifted strawberry and red cherry fruit with gamey notes, complimented with subtle vanillin oak. The palate is well structured and persistent with great depth of fruit and savouriness on the finish. Excellent with poultry such as duck or meaty fish dishes such as tuna. 100% Pinot Noir.
